Reflective questions

Here are reflective questions to stimulate conversation and support practice.

  1. How can you integrate the voices of children and young people into your processes and systems?
  2. Do you have a shared understanding of ‘data’ and ‘voice’ and ‘children’s information’ in your organisation?
  3. How can you involve children and families so that their voices inform strategic decisions and shape your understanding of needs and outcomes?
